2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The services provided do not meet the agreed terms in the service contract.

  • Services were significantly delayed without prior notification or valid reasons.

  • Loss or damage of items occurred due to negligence by One Stop Delivery Pte Ltd.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or reasons attributable to the customer.

  • Damage or loss caused by improper packing or handling by the customer.

  • Events outside our control such as natural disasters, traffic disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the service completion date.

  • Include all relevant details such as invoice number, service description, and reasons for refund.

  • We may request additional information to evaluate the request.

5. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take up to 28 business days after approval to be completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

The total refund amount will not exceed the payment made for the specific service in question.
